Welcome to Stockora

These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered inventory management platform. By accessing or using Stockora, you agree to be bound by these terms. Stockora is developed and operated by ThriveX AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Stockora's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Services Description

2.1 Platform Features

Mobile Application

AI-powered inventory scanning that detects and counts items in real time. Supports label reading and intelligent data extraction to capture key product details with high accuracy and fast response times.

Web Dashboard

A centralized platform to manage inventory with real-time updates, advanced search and filtering, data export options, and collaborative access for teams.

Cloud Infrastructure

Secure and scalable cloud-based system with automatic setup, data synchronization, and reliable storage to ensure consistent performance and accessibility.

AI Detection Technology

Advanced image processing that identifies multiple items, removes duplicates, organizes data efficiently, and extracts relevant product attributes automatically.

Analytics & Reporting

Detailed insights into inventory activity with history tracking, usage statistics, and visual reports to support better decision-making.

User Management

Manage team access with role-based controls, secure authentication, and flexible limits based on your plan.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

Main User Account

Primary account holder who manages the organization subscription, creates sub-users, configures warehouses, and has full access to web dashboard and mobile app.

Sub-User Account

Team members created by Main User with limited access to mobile app only for inventory scanning. Cannot access web dashboard or manage subscriptions. Authenticated via OTP.

3.3 Subscription Tiers

Starter Plan

Limited scans per month, basic user limits, and essential warehouse management features for small businesses.

Pro Plan

Increased scan limits, multiple users and warehouses, advanced analytics, and priority support for growing businesses.

Enterprise Plan

Unlimited scans, users, and warehouses with custom field extraction, dedicated infrastructure, and 24/7 support.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed based on your selected plan (monthly or custom validity periods)
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice and will apply from the next billing cycle
  • Payment processing is handled securely through compliant third-party payment providers
  • We do not store your complete card details

4.2 Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on subscription purchases subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the original purchase date.
  • Usage Limits: Refund eligibility is subject to plan usage at the time of request:
    • Basic Plan — fewer than 30 scans used
    • Pro Plan — fewer than 50 scans used
    • Enterprise Plan — fewer than 100 scans used
  • If usage exceeds the allowed limit, refunds will not be granted regardless of the time elapsed.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests can be submitted from your account dashboard under Payment History (if available)
  • All requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable after the eligibility window
  • Refunds are not applicable once usage exceeds plan limits
  • Only one refund is allowed per transaction
  • Approved refunds will result in immediate subscription cancellation

4.3 Manual Renewal

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before expiration to continue using the Service without interruption. You will receive email notifications 7 days and 1 day before expiration. Access to features will be suspended upon expiration until renewal.

4.4 Subscription Plans Summary

4.5 Subscription Management

View Subscription Details

Access your current plan, usage statistics, and subscription status from your dashboard.

Track Usage

Monitor your usage and receive alerts when approaching plan limits.

Validity Period

View subscription start date, expiration date, and remaining days.

Upgrade/Downgrade

Upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Important Notes

  • Plan features and limits are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Exceeding plan limits may result in service restrictions until upgrade or renewal
  • Unlimited usage is subject to fair usage policies
  • Custom enterprise plans may be available upon request
  • Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew - manual renewal required

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Stockora for:

  • Managing your organization's inventory across multiple warehouse locations
  • Scanning and tracking products using mobile app with AI-powered detection
  • Creating and managing sub-users for team collaboration
  • Generating reports, analytics, and exporting data (CSV/Excel format)
  • Configuring custom extraction fields (Item Brand Name, Model, Type, Color, Size, etc.)
  • Viewing scan history with timestamps and warehouse-wise breakdowns
  • Managing warehouse configurations with custom codes and names
  • Accessing real-time inventory data through web dashboard
  • Using advanced filtering, search, and date range queries
  • Integrating with your existing business workflows and processes

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Security Violations

Attempting to breach security, access unauthorized data, or interfere with service operation

Abuse & Spam

Sending unsolicited communications, overloading systems, or creating fake accounts

Illegal Activities

Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

Reverse Engineering

Attempting to copy, modify, or extract source code from our platform

Violation Consequences

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Data & Privacy

6.1 Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Stockora including inventory records, scan results, and organizational information
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service
  • We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest
  • You can export your data at any time in CSV or Excel format through the Data Manager
  • Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery, then permanently deleted
  • Deleted account email addresses are permanently blocklisted to prevent unauthorized re-registration

6.2 Data Processing & AI Services

Stockora uses advanced AI-based technologies to process your inventory data:

  • Object Detection: Automated identification and counting of items from images in real time
  • Text Recognition: Extraction of alphanumeric information from labels and packaging
  • Intelligent Data Extraction: AI-driven analysis to identify key product attributes such as model, type, brand, and other relevant fields
  • Image Processing: Images are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored.
  • Accuracy Disclaimer: While the system is designed for high accuracy, results are not guaranteed to be error-free. Users are responsible for verifying all extracted data before making business decisions
  • Model Improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve system performance and accuracy. Users may opt out of this process where applicable

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Stockora and all related trademarks, logos, service marks, and the tagline "Count Smarter, Manage Better" are owned by ThriveX AI. The platform's design, code, AI models, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

  • You retain all rights to your content and data
  • You may not use our branding without written permission
  • You grant us a license to display your company name as a customer (opt-out available)

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the service (with 90 days notice)

8.3 Data Retention

After Termination

Your data will be retained for 30 days after account termination, during which you can request a data export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Warranty

Stockora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9.2 Liability Limits

Important Legal Notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriveX AI's total liability for any claims arising from your use of Stockora shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and your use of Stockora shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to Indian law.

10.2 Jurisdiction & Venue

Exclusive Jurisdiction

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@stockora.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification.

Arbitration (Optional)

If informal resolution fails, parties may agree to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in English language.

Court Proceedings

If arbitration is not agreed upon, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, as per Indian jurisdiction laws.

10.4 Compliance with Indian Laws

  • Information Technology Act, 2000: We comply with IT Act provisions regarding electronic records, digital signatures, and cyber security
  • Payment Regulations: All payment processing complies with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines and PCI-DSS standards
  • Data Protection: We follow Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) requirements for data collection, processing, and storage
  • Consumer Protection: Services comply with Consumer Protection Act, 2019 regarding e-commerce and digital services
  • GST Compliance: All invoices and billing comply with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations in India

10.5 International Users

Notice for Non-Indian Users

If you access Stockora from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to India and agree that Indian law governs these Terms regardless of your location.

10.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.7 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.8 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by ThriveX AI on Stockora, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
